During my time at Grandhi Law Chambers (GLC) as an Associate, I had the privilege of working under the mentorship of Senior Counsel Krishna Grandhi Sir. At GLC, I gained invaluable experience across diverse legal domains including but not limited to commercial litigation, corporate advisory, insolvency and bankruptcy law, and intellectual property. Working at GLC was the most productive aspect of my legal career thus far. GLC was a pioneering firm on some of the leading issues in corporate affairs. My internship at GLC gave me the opportunity to learn more about Corporate law and how it is applied in various cases. I thoroughly enjoyed my involvement with live client matters and learned more about my interests which involved Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and Intellectual Property Rights. The experience helped me understand law in a much better sense than what I had learned in classrooms. The close mentoring and guidance provided here has helped me develop professionally.

My internship at GLC helped bridge the gap through the inadequacies of Law School and the practical application of law in the field. Regardless of which year one belongs to or the subjects one has learnt, every day at GLC is a new learning battle, which has helped sharpen my cognitive thinking abilities and has shaped my perception to any given legal issue, ranging from basic legal research to complex areas of law like Corporate Laws or Bankruptcy Law.

Tasks assigned by Advocates ensured that all essential information was shared with the intern, providing Context, In-Depth understanding coupled with focused Attention and continuous Mentoring. Lastly, Interns at GLC were responsible for their work, which helped inculcate accountability and a sense of belongingness at the firm.
